Privacy policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you use futurelegendsco.com and how we protect it, especially photos of children.
Photos of your athlete
- Only a parent or legal guardian (or an adult athlete) may upload photos. You confirm this before creating a preview.
- Photos are used only to create your poster. They are stored privately and are never public.
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 30 days. Previews are kept for up to 90 days so you can come back and order.
- We never sell your photos or use them to train AI models, and we never use them in marketing without your written permission.
- Our image-generation provider processes photos only to create your artwork, under its API data terms.
Information we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your preview and order updates.
- Athlete details you type (name, sport, number, team) to put on the poster.
- Order and shipping details, processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and our print partner (Printify).
- Basic, anonymous site analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your photos, previews and account data at any time by emailing hello@futurelegendsco.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. Residents of the EU, UK and US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them, including access, correction and deletion.
